The session will support educators to identify key practice techniques in their supervision that not only ensure the health and safety of children, but also provide an effective means to build relationships with the children they work with. Participants will gain an understanding of how to use practice based scenarios and risk assessments, how to identify key times for supervision and how to create supervision plans.
